Geoff Dowling FCCA ACMA ACIS – Managing Director

Geoff qualified in 1992 and has over 20 years of senior level financial management and taxation experience in both industry and practice. Having worked in Dublin, Bermuda and London in companies of various sizes Geoff has the skills, knowledge and experience to deal with all aspects of accounting and tax whatever the size and type of your business. Geoff is responsible for new business development, assisting start-ups on a day to day basis and advising clients on tax saving strategies.

Patricia Bristow BA (Hons) FCCA - Client Director

Patricia qualified in 1996 and has over 15 years experience in finance and accounting working with companies of various sizes. She is responsible for both personal and business client taxation services and managing our tax systems and statutory accounting procedures. Patricia is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has successfully completed the examinations of the Association of Taxation Technicians achieving a distinction in personal taxation. She is currently pursuing her Chartered Tax Advisor qualification.

Paul Ryan ACMA – Director

Paul is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years finance and accounting experience. Paul has a strong background in financial planning and analysis and has held various senior level financial control and financial systems management positions with multi-national corporations. Paul is responsible for advising clients on accounting systems, financial procedures and best practice.

Hazel Ralph BA (Hons) – Financial Controller & Client Account Manager

Hazel joined Windsor Accountancy in 2006 having graduated with honours in Accounting from University of Portsmouth, where she gained a CIMA award for overall achievement. She is a part qualified accountant and is currently pursuing her professional accountancy qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In addition to her role as Financial Controller for Windsor Accountancy, Hazel is responsible for our outsourced client management accounting services.

Louise Bryan BSc (Hons) - Client Account Manager

Louise graduated from Brunel University with an honours degree in Finance and Accounting. She is a part qualified accountant and is currently at the intermediate stage of her qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Louise is responsible for client bookkeeping services, personal and business tax returns, VAT and payroll services.

Sarah Cashman BSc (Hons) – Client Account Manager

Sarah graduated in 2005 from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Accounting. She spent a year in the United States working for an accountancy firm before returning to the UK in 2007. Sarah is currently pursuing her accountancy qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Sarah is responsible for company secretarial services, company formations, client bookkeeping, taxation services for small businesses and VAT and payroll services.
